Your name and email address (required); your phone number, business name and preferred office (optional); the topic you select; and the message you write. The form also contains a hidden field that visitors never see; it is used to filter automated spam and should stay empty.

When you submit the form, your entries are transmitted to and stored by Netlify and made available to us through our Netlify account. The firm uses TaxDome, a practice-management platform, to manage client work and correspondence. Information you send us may be stored there when it relates to work we do for you. TaxDome’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google’s servers when a page loads. Links to directions on the office pages open Google Maps on Google’s site. This website does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies of its own.
Inquiries sent through the contact form are kept for 30 days. If you become a client, the information you have given us becomes part of your client file and is kept with it.
If you email or call an office instead of using the form, we use your details to respond to you in the same way.
